Courtney Kalkhof is a heroic wife and mom first and foremost, while also being an elite CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) at Duke University Hospital.
She wrangles multiple sports and dance schedules while taking care of (and often in charge of scheduling!) a demanding roster of surgical patients.
Courtney is our hero because she loves her family fiercely and has chosen a career of caring for others!
