Time: During and after regular Rotary Club of Durham meeting

Tasks:

  • Affix sponsor/hero name labels to pre-printed medallion tags

  • Affixing these labels takes approximately three minutes per medallion tag

  • There will be an initial 15-minute assembly during meeting

  • Optional 30-minute extension after meeting
