Frankie Temple Cutshaw, of Sevierville, Tennessee, where she lived her life of 76 years and was a leader in the Sevierville community. She served the educational system as a High School teacher. She served the First Baptist Church as head of the nursery and as an active leader of the Church. She was an executive with the Temple Milling company for forty years, a company founded by her father. She was a graduate of the University of Tennessee and founded the alumni association chapter in her county, Sevier. Frankie served her community in many ways as a leader of the Sevier Chamber of Commerce. She was a leader of the Parents Teacher Association for Tennessee. She was a Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star and a leader with the Tennessee Manthano Club. She organized the Teen Board in East Tennessee and served the youth of Sevier County for over thirty years.

Frankie was a hero among her family and her community and is honored in 2025 with a Flag for Heroes by her son, Kenneth.
